This unit helped me a lot in understanding the classroom management. It gives me an opportunity to widen my knowledge about the different ways on how to discipline, catch the students attention, give them instructions like letting them explain what they are going to do so ensure they really understand the activity, how to reduce the TTT and what are the advantage of using it. It helps me to understand why we need to group or individualize student's activity. It helps me to realize that we should level the language we are using to the students level we are teaching.
