Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit covers on modal auxiliary verbs, passive voice, relative clauses and phrasal verbs. Again, these are vital grammar components that native English speakers uses daily, and need to be taught in order for students to make good use of these in their English communications. I would say these items are more for intermediate students with a good grasp of basic concepts. Modals can be expressed in a chart-like diagram, to show the various degree of certainty or politeness. Passive voice would not be awfully complicated as long as the pattern behind the formation is understood. For relative clauses, the importance of relative pronoun and subject/object has to be demonstrated. With phrasal verbs, hopefully with a flowchart type of diagram, can demonstrate how they split into transitive vs intransitive, and inseparable vs separable for transitive verbs. With a thorough well-planned lesson, these items should not be the most difficult when students are of intermediate level with a good grasp of the basic grammar units.
