This unit focused on the behavioral and social aspects of teaching such as eye contact usage, gestures, ways to establish rapport with students as a teacher. Organizing students as whole class, groups/pairs, and individual work are all important aspects of lessons. Also, managing challenging behaviors of students as well as arranging the classroom and using appropriate methods of student organization to effectively teach.
