This unit taught the four aspects of the past tense form, past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. It went over the basics of how to structure sentences in this tense and ways each aspect could be used. Also, each section had a few ideas for how one could help students practice this tense in the activate stage. It was a great review for me to see each aspect of the past tense and WHY we use one over the other.
