Watching these classes I worry about what my classroom behavior was like when I first started teaching. These videos do make it a little easier to see how the ESA patchwork lesson is used in practice. Reading the lesson texts it can be a little hard to imagine how the pieces work together but when it's presented this way you can see the culmination of prepared lesson plans with proper structure. I think in real practice it will take a lot of self awareness to make sure that new teachers can perform all of the concepts in concert with each other.
