Having some exposure to basic lesson planning, this part was very eye opening. When I was teaching before, the only things required of me were bullet points of basic lesson points and general time information. Not being very experienced, my time estimations were always off and I would end up having to fill in time toward the end of class. The clear message of the provided lesson plan template will help drastically, especially hand in hand with the ESA approach to lessons.
