In this unit, we looked at the tense system, with the more practical times of tenses being; past, presence, and Future. Each of these times has four parts; simple, continues/progressive, perfect, perfect continues/progressive. Looking at these four parts, we can see that there are twelve tenses altogether. As we continued into the unit, we focused on the four presence tenses. We looked at the form, usage, typical mistakes, and teaching ideas for each of the four presence tenses.
