In this lesson we looked at the different methods of teaching English and took a deeper look into the ESA method. While doing an overview of the other methods that were discussed in this unit, we looked at the history, pro's, and con's. After we went through a quick breakdown of of each method we then began briefly dissecting the ESA method to get a better understanding of what it is, what it contains, and why it is perceived to be one of, if not, the best and most effective method of teaching and learning. We also learned different ways to correct students without intimidating them and examined a sample ESA lesson plan.
