In this unit, I learnt about different ways to engage students in creative and productive skills such as reading and writing. The unit differentiated the purpose and momentum of learning language accuracy and fluency, how the activities might look like, and at which parts of the lessons these skills should take place during a class. Controlled and guided activities teach accuracy, whereas creative communication activities teach fluency of the language.
