The final unit discusses problem solving and the potential situations a teacher might face and how to address them. This includes teaching a class with students of different abilities and larger sized classes. Also discussed is the essential points of giving a first lesson as well as "warm ups" for building rapport and getting students comfortable with the lesson. Usage of native language is also discussed and how a teacher can encourage and supplement this with different approaches to make students at ease. Lastly the difficulty with listening text and how it should be approached to be effective along with dealing with reluctant students and what can be done to encourage them to engage is also discussed.
