This unit gave me a lot more perspective on setting up a regular day in the classroom. I compare what I have been learning in this course to my current job. I am a manager at a phone retail company where I have to elicit daily goals from representatives, then talk about how to reach those goals, and finally executing into sales. Those three pieces take me back to the ESA structure. Comparing the two, I realize that it is not much different in structure. The main difference is the content.
