Unit 5 reminded me a lot about my current job. At my current job, I work with a group of trainees weekly and coach them into the routine of their jobs. It is not always easy to have their full undivided attention so it helps to have them work with each other as pairs or groups. Something that I was trained at in my current position as well is establishing rapport with the representatives I train so it was interesting seeing the same principles applied to this teaching position.
