Unit 10 gives a comparison of two lesson plans. Both lessons follow an ESA structure but the enthusiasm of the teacher receives more engagement from the students in the second example. The teacher's instruction is clear and concise, and the lessons delivery is more effective in the second example. Because of the teacher's mannerisms and enthusiastic nature the students appear to be more attentive which in turn results in a more successful lesson. The second video provides a better example of how a class can be successful if you follow the guidelines given in this course.
