In this unit, I learned much more about the effective structures and activities that can be used to organize the lesson plan. All three stages in the ESA structure play a very important role in helping the teacher find out what kind of help certain students need as individuals or as a whole class, learning new language, and putting it into practice. An important key point that I enjoyed learning about what should be corrected and when. It is important for the student to be praised and for them to know they are improving.
