This unit talks about a variety of ways to incorporate course materials. In the unit the suggestion to use and examples of cross-word puzzles, flash cards, and gapfill worksheets were given. The reasons for using a coursebook are beneficial because they have been tested and tried previously. However, a drawback may be that the teachers class becomes monotonous and lacks creativity. The unit allows an opportunity to apply the materials in the classroom while consideraing the activate, study and engage phases of a lesson.
