This unit covers the two receptive skills - reading and listening. Specialist skills needed to both read and listen are detailed. Then, common problems that arise with students teaching and reading in English and ways that teachers can tackle them are listed. These include topics that are covered, techniques used to approach language difficulty and comprehension tasks. This is then followed by sample worksheets that put this information into practice and provide a temple to base future lessons off.
