This unit covers testing, the different kinds of tests and how and when to administer them to students.Testing is very useful to teachers in that it can be used to evaluate students skills and knowledge. Progress tests in particular are very useful in that teachers can see what knowledge has been absorbed by students and what information needs to be reviewed again. It should also be noted that there are many external exams that may be required for students to take in which case teachers can provide students extra assistance with the use of practice exams.
