This unit consists a very useful information about managing classes. I have learnt some new things about using gestures, eye contact and students' names during the class. I have also understood better how to group students depending on the type of an activity. Now I know different ways of classroom arrangement and how to maintain discipline. I didn't know before about the importance of establishing rapport within a class. With the help of this material I have learnt how to do it the right way.
