Unit 7: Teaching New Language, was a unit on vocabulary, grammar, and language structure. For each of these, it stated that importance of each to the student, how to chose what vocabulary to teach/ what students need to know about grammar, and which ESA method is best suited.
This unit, although quite short, provided a lot of information about how to teach vocabulary, grammar, and language structure. I found the area on what to chose to teach the most useful, because it provided a rational, organised way to approach it, rather then, what could be more haphazard.
