Unit 2: Parts of Speech was the introduction to grammar. Within this unit, we learned about the different components that make up a sentence (ex. noun, verb, adjective, adverb etc) and the sub-sets of each component. In addition, we learned about the rules of using each component within a sentence(ie. placement)
The most useful aspect of this unit was the identification of the most difficult concepts to teach to students and suggestions on how to accomplish such tasks.
