This uni covered the general structure and function of lesson plans, and informed on how to design and utilise a lesson plan. The unit accentuated the need for lesson plans to be flexible, adaptable and centred around intended student outcomes, promoting teacher self-reflect throughout and after the lesson in order to improve the functioning of the class. I found the unit very informing in how to structure, plan and adapt both individual lessons, and long-term classes.
