You can see a major difference in the teachers and the students attitudes within the two lessons. The first lesson, the teacher is very all over the place with not much structure, causing the students to become quite confused and unwilling to participate in the activities. The second lesson, the teacher is much more welcoming of the students and explains the activities well allowing the students to understand the grammar, and the purpose of the activities. They are much more engaged and participate a lot more in the second lesson proving it to be much more successful than the first.
