This unit helped me understand the teacher and student relationship better, by going in depth with instructions as to make the lessons more effective. I also understand the importance of building rapport with your learners, and all the different things to take into consideration such as classroom arrangement (nationality, age, personality, space, etc). I am also aware of how to identify problem behavior, as well as how to prevent it and respond to it.
