In this unit, it was reminded to me that grammar is important to fully express yourself to other people you are talking to most especially if you are going to teach students. We cannot fully understand how to use the english language without knowing the parts of speech for these are the foundation in speaking proper and perfect english. We might not notice it everyday but these parts of speech (from nouns up to the conjunctions) are used everyday in our conversations and we might have forgotten the specific uses of these in our sentences.
