After watching these two videos, I can summrize some points which I need to correct in my classes, like corrcting in the Engage phase. In the second video, the teacher was very patient and ethusiasm about students answered the questions, it didn't matter what mistakes they had made. In the first class, I have learnt that I need to avoid giving the professional terms to students, especially at the beginning of the class, it would confuse my students. I have learnt a lot from these videos.
