The unit address the information and teaching techniques for vocabulary, grammar, and functions. Some of the information presented I have observed in my classes, such as the students' ease in picking up new vocabulary that is similar to their own language or similar to English they already know. Though I primary teach low-level students and use PPP, I do have other learners that could benefit from using an ESA boomerang or patchwork lesson structure for learning these language items. Also, I will be passing on the information about the Cobuild English Dictionary. I had never heard of it before and I know students who will love it.
