This unit has shown me how to create a lesson plan and what points I need to establish and stick to while carrying out my lesson. I have learnt that it is important to always be prepared and to have a strong but flexible plan to stick to. Its also important to have that flexibility to change it up if you see that the lesson is not going in the direction that you imagined. I have learnt how to incorporate the ESA's into my lesson plans to make an effective sheme.
