In this lesson I learned about productive skills and receptive skills. Productive skills are speaking and writing whilst receptive skills are reading and listening. I also learned how to identify these skills correctly. For example, listening or reading for a purpose means that by reading or listening you will achieve some sort of goal down the line. There were also different ways of reading such as skimming or scanning which both have different meanings.
