This unit consisted of different ways to manage a classroom. For example, knowing when to stand and when to sit down make a difference because standing can make you more dominant whilst sitting can make the classroom feel more intimate/relaxed. It also taught ways of dealing with problematic behavior (the do's and don'ts). There were also various classroom arrangements such as horseshoe seating for smaller classrooms or rows depending on space. Nonetheless, there was a lot of valuable information in this chapter about in class management.
