The unit provided a good review or brush up to the many resources that are available to the teachers, from cassette recorders, to overhead projectors and video cameras. Of course some of the technology is almost obsolete, while others are being used quite extensively in the classrooms around the world, such as the IWB, the interactive whiteboard. The use of computers, and stuff like powerpoint and CD course books are being used much more widely than ever before. Youtube, podcasts, mp3s and other online sources are gradually replacing the older material. Overhead projectors and even a data show can also help and provide another scope for teaching in the classroom.
