A review of verb tenses such as the past continuous and the past perfect will always come in handy, especially when we are teaching it to our students. It's always helpful and useful to review and to brush up on these type of grammar structures and tenses, as well as reviewing when, by the time, while and so on. Verb tenses are a tremendous challenge for students, as in most cases they even have trouble with them in their own native language, let alone having to learn and producing it in a foreign language. So definitely this unit has been very useful and has made us teachers reflect a little bit and to be aware and to find the best ways to teach and correct the use of these verb tenses.
