This unit really made me focus further and reflect in more depth about my relationship with the youngest students that I currently teach and how to better try and reach them. Especially it made me consider more carefully issues of time and about trying to control the students too much, by trying to get them to be perfectly quiet and attentive. It also made me more thoughtful about how I must try to understand them more.
