As a holder of the 120-hr TEFL Certificate, on reviewing this Course's titles, I expected quite a bit of repetition. However, I was most pleasantly surprised.
This Unit has gone a step further to explain in depth, the basics of classroom management, course development and general teaching management structure as geared specifically towards Young Learners. Furthermore, possibilities for future advancement, which is detailed at the end of the Unit, is a chapter which I am sure will be a great incentive and motivation, to those who engage in this course and are undecided as to their next step.
The Tasks' structure, is so cleverly written, they force one to think and evaluate the Unit without being spoon-fed.
For example: Task 1, whose answers are not spelled out in the unit, but requires thought, reflection and research.
Job well done!
