By watching both videos, we are able to see the differences between a lesson that is run properly compared to a lesson that needs a bit of improvement. In the first video, it is clear from the beginning, the teacher is not clear on explaining the information to the students. Thus this leaves the students a bit reluctant in participating and the instructor becomes frustrated/flustered while trying to interact with the students. In the second video, we see the complete opposite interaction between the teacher and the students. In the first video, the instructor can be considered as a bit cold, whereas in the second video the teacher comes off as friendly and approachable making the students more willing to participate when he asks them questions. From the beginning, the teachers attitude towards the class will make or break the students interactions within the classroom setting. If the teacher is warm and friendly, the students will be more willing to open up and interact among their classmates and with the teacher. On the other hand, if the teacher comes off as cold or even frazzled, the students will be unsure as to whether or not they want to participate.
