In Unit 5, we establish different ways to provide proper classroom management. These different ways include how to properly balance student talk time with teacher talk time, how to go about seating arrangements, and making the classroom comfortable enough for student productivity. Time management is also key, in how much time a teacher spends on giving students individual attention, writing on the board, and giving instructions. One of the most important matters though in regards to classroom management, is that of establishing a good rapport between the students and the teacher. If a strong rapport is created, students productivity will increase and create a positive learning curve. Meaning that the students will be more interested in learning, compared to if a weak rapport is created between students and the teacher.
