One most important thing in class is management and organization, I learnt that eye contact,gesture and voice are main parts of teaching in the classroom, from time to time teachers must look at the student, change voice tones if needed, and gestures help most specially when giving instructions. Seating position is also needed to be organized specially in big classes, whether it`s the common seating style or the separate seating position.
