Unit 5 gave good instructions how to manage the class. There are many different factors beyond the successful learning. A teacher has a big role how the students feel about their class. There are many different ways to manage the class and provide the best possible environment for learning for the students. Of course everything is not only teacher's responsibility - there can be personal reasons with the students also that can affect on the whole class room.
In summary, a good way for teacher to manage the class is to be patient, give a lot of student talk time, pay individual attention to students and be well prepared for every lessons.
