I only realized that being prepared before the class starts was one of my good points. Being prepared has always been my way of teaching. Because it does not only saves time, but it makes everything fall into places.
There would be times that I use circles for my 40+ students. I find it quite challenging to handle the noise of the students, but based on my observation, the kids are being participative.
