This unit was very interesting because it provided us two videos of a teacher doing the appropriate and inappropriate aspect of teaching. On the first video he clearly showed his lack of interest, rude behavior and unprofessional work ethics. He was not thinking about the students but was only focused on teaching the concept. He was also showing signs that he was not following any kind of methodology and his actions were unorganised or were all over the place. On the other hand, the second video clearly showed what are the appropriate actions and personality you need to have inside the classroom. He showed a proper methodology and was clearly seen to be organised and well prepared. Because he ws enthusiastic about teaching he was able to get the attention and participation of the whole class. He was also noted to take into account the pairing so that students will have time to have interaction and learn from each other. Overall, I am very pleased on how the teacher acted on the second video compared to the rude first video.
