Lesson plans are great tools to help teachers stay on task and ensure learning objectives are accomplished. First, lesson plans help create a structure of lessons. Having a record will help influence future lesson plans by identifying activities that worked, and where improvements can be made. Lesson plans are the storyboard of a class that set the basic outlines and goals, but it is up to the teacher and students to make it happen effectively.
