This unit demonstrated and ineffective lesson and then an effective lesson on can/cant and have to/don't have to. It highlights the errors of the teacher in the first video. He does not engage with students effectively which affects their ability to learn the lesson. He seems poorly prepared and does not follow a well structured lesson plan. The students become disinterested. His instructions on some tasks are vague and make it difficult for the students to carry out the tasks. In the second lesson he is engaged with the students, better prepared and has a better attitude which is conducive to better learning of the lesson.
