This content has taught me a lot as it relates to managing learners within a classroom setting. For example, I have been exposed about different ways I can develop rapport with my students such as remaining positive when delivering lessons and ensuring that I adopt an effective classroom arrangement plan. Equally important, I have learnt different ways in which I can help to maintain discipline in the classroom and that it does not pay lose my temper.
