This was a helpful unit. I've learned from this unit how to teach new words or grammar, how to teach their meaning, how it is constructed and produced. Now I do have a sound understanding of how you can apply the ESA methods to introduce new language. An important point for me was that this includes not only the meaning itself, but also the use of new words, how and when they are used, the spelling, the pronounciation.
It was also useful to get the typical examples of all stages that are commonly used in the classroom.
