this troubleshooting unit taught me some possible problems or occasions that might happen, and how the teacher should deal with it more effectively while making sure the class is still fun and engaging. it covers many aspects that we have learned in this course already, but in a deeper problem-solving way. I hope through reviewing the classes I have already taken, then come back to the troubleshooting unit will help me to have a better understanding of how to deal with real-time problems in class.
