This unit touches on the different strategies of classroom management and the situations in which they may be appropriate. I found it very useful, particularly certain ideas that I have not considered before—for one, that a student's name should be mentioned at the end rather than at the start of a question, or that students should be asked questions in a random order, so as to keep the whole class on their toes.
