When faced with my first lesson, I hope that there are no onlookers and reluctant students in my class. However there are in reality and Teachers should deal with them. This unit gave me great tips to establish rapport in the class such as a ball game which is useful and fun and to encourage reluctant students such as a pair group tip. To deal with the problem in the class room Teachers should monitor students sensitively and give them a customized care. I will prepare word puzzles for strong students who has to wait for others as I learned from this unit. If there is a shy and quiet student, I will pair him or her with outgoing and ready-to help student. In order to do I should be attentive all the students in my class.
