The unit covers some common problems an Egmlish teacher may face during his/her work. There potential difficulties have their solutions, of course, but only with practise the teacher will get a proper experience with dealing and troublesooting each one of them. Without any doubt, it is better to establish a rapport with students from the beginning and also try to gain confidence, so that students can feel comfortable coming to class and learning. It will be even better if students know that apart from work and effort, they will also have fun or at least good time. A good solution on level´s variety within the group has been given in this unit - so far it is one of the most challenging problems I have faced.
