This unit focused on the productive skills: speaking, and writing. It went over that accuracy should be taught during the study section of an ESA lesson and that fluency should be stressed during an activate section. Also gone over in this lesson are what should be stressed during a writing lesson (penmanship, spelling, punctuation) and what should be stressed during a speaking lesson (pronunciation, and then word order and grammar).
