This Unit went over was to establish good classroom management. It is extremely important to have good sense of what classroom management to be able to conduct a good lesson. Many students learn from a safe and well established environment. Most of it comes from having students respect and being a good role model. If students do not see you as a decent role model then they will treat you like you are not a role model.
