This unit covered course materials that English teachers can and should use in the classroom. Authentic (what a native speaker would come into contact with) and created (what the teacher makes with the students in mind) were covered, but I was surprised that they didn't list a clear other source: materials created by other organizations and teachers who have chosen to share those resources. I would have really appreciated it if this section had covered the laws surrounding use of those teaching materials and where to find them. I would have also appreciated learning more about how to create my own materials, although I did write down the puzzlemaker URL. I really liked the list of things to review when choosing a textbook,and I'll apply that soon, as well as in my selection of my own foreign language books.
